Mmmmmm!
Here's a twist on shortbreads with 7D Dried Mango. We just made these for Christmas and they are yummy!

Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter (no substitutes)
½ cup finely snipped 7D Dried Mango
Instructions:
1. Stir together flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in mango pieces. Form into a ball and knead until smooth.
2. Pull and palm roll into 48 small spheres. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a 325 degree F (160 C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bottoms just start to brown.
4. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
5. Sprinkle with confectionary sugar.
