I now know that one of our enemies has a name. He is the
“Free Radical”.
This dastardly villain can pollute your health… but you
have the colorful and powerful antidote too ward him away!
Ok, some of you already know who the “Free Radical” is and
are eating in a way to kick him out of your life. But for
those of you who don’t here is the short story.
Free Radical = Sort of a mistaken chemical in your body
that can turn other cells into villains and in turn create
harm in your body (wrinkled skin can be a sign of damaged
cells… some cancers and heart disease can also be linked to
free radicals).
Antioxidants = antidote to ward off Free Radicals, the
corrective chemicals found in vitamins like Vitamin E,
Vitamin C, Beta-Carotene among others.
So add color and boost your health!
